The staff were helpful and attentive, the room was modern and beautiful, food was amazing (especially for a coeliac -gluten free). The hotel was close to the BTS and malls. And there was a beautiful pool. To go into more depth; Room - cleaned daily, loved the clean white sheets, and the AC. The fridge was a nice addition, daily drinking water, and lots of toiletries. I like the layout of the room with lots of storage space for unpacking. The TV had netflix which is a blessing when you want a night in. The staff were amazing and added extra touches to the room as I was staying here. Eg extra towel, bin. The bathroom had a walk in shower, with great shower water pressure. The balcony was also a plus. I truly felt spoilt and at home Food - there was so much choice, as a coeliac (gluten free) options was really important. For breakfast there was daily bread, cakes, muffins, pancakes. In addition to the usual continental, fresh fruit, salad, a selection of tea, coffee, juices. The was an egg station too , a selection of pastries, jams and Asian/Indian food. I also had dinner one night and loved the pasta and starters. The chef was fabulous and advised that if there was anything in particular I wanted he would do his best to prepare it. Gym/pool - very convenient to have these options. Gym is 24 hrs. Pool was 7am to 7pm - (I think) towels were also provided. It was nice to be able to take a dip in the morning or after a long hot day. Location - very convenient the BTS - Nana was a 2 min walk. Grab is also available. McDonald's was on the corner. Most malls were on the main road. Easy access to the markets too. There was a supermarket opposite the hotel and 7/eleven was just a short walk. Overall the staff are super helpful, concierge recommend many places to visit. The lounge also had a lot of seating if you wish to enjoy a drink before going out. Luggage storage also available on the days you checkout/check-in.

Everyone at the hotel - I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to write this review. Well, what can I say about Hotel Boulevard… fantastic. When booking this hotel, I made it very clear that I was going through a divorce and that I wanted princess treatment… I meant it as a joke, because we Brits think we are funny, but this hotel really went above and beyond to make me feel just that. A princess. When I arrived at the hotel, I was welcomed warmly by the staff and the hotel manager (I am so sorry, I have forgotten everyone’s names, I’m rubbish), a lovely refreshing drink and a nice flannel to clean and refresh my face after a very long day. They were so helpful in giving me advice and the hotel manager (I’m sure his name was Chris!? Adam!? I’m not sure 😂) gave me lots of great recommendations for the area. The lovely staff then took my luggage and took me to my room. I almost burst into tears when seeing they had decorated the room with balloons and stuck a picture on the wall which read ‘we knew you were too good for him, congratulations on finalising your divorce’. I just think this was such a kind and considerate thing to do, I was so overwhelmed and this treatment instantly made me feel so welcome and surprisingly cared for. Before I could let the tears fall, I hear a knock at the door, I open it to see several staff there holding the most beautiful little cake for me 😭😭😭😭😭. This was arranged by Kris the guest experience manager, and her team. She and her colleagues were SO kind and just really sweet to me, not once did I feel embarrassed about my divorce or judged (like I did in another hotel, because I asked for princess treatment in several and Hotel Boulevard were the ONLY hotel to make effort!) This experience alone will bring me back to this hotel ANY time I might visit Bangkok again. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else, it was such an experience that truly will stay with me forever.

This hotel was situated in a great location of Sukhumvit, just steps away from Nana BTS and many restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and greeted us every time we walked through the lobby when entering/exiting the hotel or heading to breakfast. Chris, the concierge, was so helpful in providing recommendations for sightseeing around the city and dining in the area. I also loved the level of security that this hotel offered, with a guard standing by the entrance and by the elevators at all times. The room was excellent and offered plenty of storage for the three of us. We requested a rollaway bed and it was setup prior to our arrival and matched the other beds in the room perfectly in terms of size and quality of comfort. All of the beds were soft and comfortable. The bathroom was large and spacious with both a shower and a stand alone bath tub. The shower water pressure and temperature were pleasant and we never ran out of hot water. The setup for breakfast was so beautiful and I loved the displays of the baked items in the center table. I ate from the omelet station daily and enjoyed the rotation of other hot breakfast items throughout the four days we stayed. The fresh juices and tea/coffee were also delicious.

The property is in a rather convenient location to Nana BTS Station within a less than five minutes walk. One will quickly note that the property often has a lot of Muslim or Middle Eastern guests, which is not a surprise as the street that the property is on has many halal or Middle Eastern eateries as well as shops. There is a McDonalds nearby as well as a 24 hour supermarket which is a plus. The room, which seemed quite new with built in USB ports (which was appreciated), was kept pretty clean and we enjoyed using the bathtub facilities in the bathroom. Bed was alright and pretty big for both of us.

From the sleek design to the inviting common areas on the ground floor, every detail reflects the standards of a 4-star hotel. Guests can enjoy a superbly comfortable bedding experience, while the welcoming, friendly, and attentive staff genuinely enhance the overall stay with their genuine interest in guests. The remarkable value for money further solidifies the appeal of this establishment.
